APPROVED ANNUAL ACCOUNTS 2006

The Board of Directors did on the 15th of March approve the audited Annual accounts for 2006. The final figures shows insignificant deviations compared to preliminary figures presented in January. The Board of Directors proposes to the General Assembly, which takes place on the 1st of June in Oslo, to pay out a dividend of NOK 1,25 /share.
