The value of the contracts, which have been rewarded through our Tier 1 customer, is estimated to be 5,5 million euros in sale, or approximately 50 million NOK. Production is scheduled to start in 2011 and have a life for 10 years. With future variants of the vehicle, KA expects to add more volumes during the contract period. "This is good example of cross selling multiple products on one platform", says Raymond Bomya, Executive Vice President in North America. "KA has been awarded several products, including Seat Heat, Seat Lumbar Support and Seat Cables. There is a chance that our content could grow further as we are also in the process of quoting for more business on this vehicle. This award is a result of our sales push concentrating more on the Asian OEM's and getting our message out that we produce multiple products that are globally competitive", he concludes.
