On September 21, 2007 , MarCap Investors, LP on behalf of MarCap Overseas Master Fund, LP purchased as part of the fund`s normal investing activity, 4,800 common shares, bringing its total holdings to 2,228,490 shares or 5.03% of the 44,321,570 outstanding voting shares of the company. All shares held were purchased on the open market at various times.
