Disclosure of shareholdings

Ferd Capital by Ferd AS has subscribed for 10,250,000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA (KOA) in the private placement approved by the extraordinary general meeting of KOA on 2 May 2008. The shares are expected to be registered 7 May 2008. After the subscription and registration, Ferd AS controls 10,250,000 shares and votes in KOA. This constitutes approx 15.84 % of the shares and votes in KOA, and Ferd AS has thus passed the 15 % disclosure threshold. Ferd AS` shareholding is based on the total number of shares of KOA including the private placement approved by the extraordinary general meeting of KOA on 2 May 2008.
