Exercise of share options in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA

Reference is made to the announcements “Notification of Grant of Options” dated 18 May 2010 regarding grant of share options to primary insiders, and “purchase of own shares” dated 15 February 2010. Employees with the Company have exercised 49.126 share options, of which 22.673 by primary insiders, at a strike price of NOK 3 per share.
