KEY CONTRACT WIN FOR DRIVELINE SYSTEMS IN EUROPEAN MARKET WORTH 25 MEUR

Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has received nomination from a major European OEM for the supply of manual gear shifters across their range of low-emission 4-cylinder petrol engine B and C segment cars.

The new business will include five variants of shifter systems.

The contract has a total value of 25 MEUR over 6 years. Production supply will start in Q4 2013 from KA’s facility in Vrable, Slovakia.
