Kongsberg Automotive ASA – Registration of new share capital relating to the long term incentive program

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kongsberg Automotive ASA (the "Company") on 24 July 2020 regarding, inter alia, issuance of 100,615,421 new shares in connection with the Company's long term incentive program (the "Long Term Incentive Participants Offering"), each with a nominal value and subscription price of NOK 0.10.

The share capital increase pertaining to issuance of the new shares in the Long Term Incentive Participants Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 1,054,860,643.30 divided on 10,548,606,433 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
