Highlights Q4 2010

• Revenues in Q4 ended at MEUR 227.8 up 29% YoY

•  EBITDA in Q4 2010 at MEUR 8.2 (3.6%) versus MEUR 3.9 (2.2%) in Q4 2009, the 4th quarter includes restructuring effects of MEUR 5,4

•  EBIT in Q4 2010 is negative with MEUR -3.6 (-1.6 %) versus MEUR -7.7 in Q4 2009

•  In 2010 the EBIT has improved by MEUR 56.5 from MEUR -46.3 in 2009 to MEUR 10.2

• Kongsberg Automotive’s revenue growth continue to be stronger than the growth in the global vehicle production volumes

• Executing an operational roadmap for 2011, improving the margins in the automotive segments

• Revenue expectation for Q1 is MEUR 240 and MEUR 950 for 2011. EBITDA estimate for 2011 is MEUR 105 (11%)
