Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA has offered a share program to the employees in the European operations in line with the resolution from the General Assembly in May 2006. It was 140 employees which bought shares, and the number of shares per employee was set at 193 shares. As a consequence of the program there are issued 27.020 new shares in the company and the total number of shares in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA after the issue are 44.348.590 shares.
