KONGSBERG AUTOMOTIVE`S ACQUISITION OF GMS

ONLY SWEDEN REMAINS FOR ANTITRUST CLEARANCE Kongsberg 4 December 2007 The acquisition of GMS requires approval from the antitrust authorities in USA, Germany and Sweden. The US and German authorities had no objections to the acquisition, while we still are waiting for the outcome in Sweden. We expect a reply before the end of the year and have been informed that the application covers the information required.
