Kongsberg Automotive wins contract in new citycar segment

Kongsberg, 7 July 2009. Kongsberg Automotive (KA) has booked a new order for Seat Heat with a lifetime value of MEUR 3,4 (30 MNOK). The customer is a German automaker preparing to launch a new compact city car in 2011. This will be an important growth segment as the car makers strive to launch more environment friendly cars to meet stringent mission standards. "The customer is one of Germany's leading carmakers and this contract represents an introduction of Kongsberg Automotive's new technology within Seat Heaters.
