Ferd Capital by Ferd AS has on August 6th purchased 1 million shares in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA (KOA) at NOK 16,12 per share. Ferd AS controls 11,25 million shares and votes in KOA, which constitutes approx 17,26 % of the shares and votes in KOA. As a result of its shareholding, Ferd AS is represented in the board of directors of KOA and this disclosure is made in accordance with the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 4-1.
