NEW LOAN FACILITY FOR KONGSBERG AUTOMOTIVE HOLDING ASA

KOA has signed a seven year loan agreement with Nordea. The total facility has a limit of NOK 1.070 mill plus a working capital drawing right of NOK 200 mill. At the end of quarter 3 the company had a gross syndicated loan financing of NOK 760 mill. The new loan is a multi currency revolving credit facility. Based on the new conditions the interest expenses for 2006 is expected to be NOK 12 mill lower than for 2005.
