Notification to Oslo Stock Exchange

Kongsberg Automotive ASA has today held its 2019 Annual General Meeting.

Emese Weissenbacher, Gerard Cordonnier and Peter Schmitt were elected as new board directors. Ellen M. Hanetho and Firas Abi-Nassif were re-elected for a new period.

The AGM granted an authorization to the Board of Directors to purchase own shares with a total value equal to 10% of the share capital.

The AGM further granted an authorization to the Board of Directors to increase the company’s share capital by up to NOK 22.372.247.
