STABILISATION AND OVER ALLOTMEN

Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 24 June 2005 regarding potential stabilization activities in the 30- day period starting on the first day of trading of the KOA- share on Oslo Børs, as described in the listing prospectus dated 6 June 2005. The Stabilization Manager, Carnegie ASA, has not carried out any stabilization activities by way of purchasing shares in Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA on Oslo Børs in the period from 24 June 2005. The over-allotment option on the selling shareholders has therefore been exercised in full. It is hereby notified that the stabilization period has ended.
