We make reference to the notification for the general meeting previously sent out. At the today`s meeting all recommendations were approved. The dividens of NOK 1,25 per share will be distributed to the shareholders registered at closing of OSE 1 June 2007 and the shares will consequently be traded ex dividends as of 4 June 2007.
