STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE

We make reference to the notification for the general meeting previously sent out. At the today`s meeting all recommendations from The Board of Directors were approved. The dividens of NOK 1,50 per share will be distributed to the shareholders registered at closing of OSE 15 May 2006 and the shares will consequently be traded ex dividends as of 16 May 2006.
