The share capital increase registered

The share capital increase in Kongsberg Automotive Holding AS following the Private Placement in September has been registered today in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises ("Foretaksregisteret"). As a consequence, the new share capital is NOK 162,587,152, divided into 325,174,304 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50. The shares subscribed and paid for in the Private Placement in September will be issued today and be immediately listed on Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker code "KOA". As a consequence, the new shares will be tradable from and including today.
