KONGSBERG with a broad display at IDEX 2013

KONGSBERG presents a broad product range at IDEX comprising demonstrators of real equipment.

A fully operating PROTECTOR Medium Caliber Remote Weapon Station is displayed. A turret solution designed for 25-50 mm cannons mounted on wheeled or tracked armoured vehicles. This 21st Century Turret with low signature and reduced weight provides increased mobility and survivability.

A complete NASAMS command post is displayed. NASAMS has unique features with net centric architecture, multiple-simultaneous engagement and beyond visual range (BVR) capabilities, closely integrated and adapted to a country’s adjacent weapons and command and control systems, expands the defended area and enhances the total fighting capability.
