Press conference with this years Nobel Laureates in Physics, Chemistry and the Nobel memorial prize Laureate in Economic Sciences

The Royal Swedish Academy invites the press to a unique oppurtunity to meet this years Laureates on Sunday 7 December at a press conference.

After the press conference the Laureates will be available for individual interviews, and the press should make requests when registering at the following link. Please note that we can not confirm any interviews in advance. Professor Isamu Akasaki will probably not attend the press conference.

This year marks the 275th anniversary of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. The Academy was founded in 1739 and is an independent organization whose overall objective is to promote the sciences and strengthen their influence in society. The Academy takes special responsibility for the natural sciences and mathematics, but endeavours to promote the exchange of ideas between various disciplines.
