[About CLARINO™

CLARINO™ is a sustainable nonwoven with an almost identical structure to leather in its cross-section. It not only achieves a similar appearance to leather, but also provides several performance characteristics such as durability, lightness, washability, water repellency, comfort while wearing, and many more. Amongst its main application areas are bags (luxury), footwear, automotive, and apparel. The secret to Clarino’s superior strength and supple hand-feel is the ultra-fine fibre technology. The material is composed of a non-woven fabric consisting of ultra-fine fibres which are impregnated with polyurethane. This helps the fibre to be more flexible and easier to process.
