13 May 2019 - Kværner ASA has on Friday 10 May 2019 in connection with the company's incentive programme for employees purchased 202 000 own shares in the open market at an average price of NOK 13.56 per share. Following the transaction, Kværner ASA holds a total of 1 333 221 own shares.
