CORRECTION: Kværner ASA: Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders

This is a correction of the announcement from 08:28 22.05.2017 CEST. Reason for the correction:

22 May 2017 - Shares awarded to employees under the variable pay programme 2014. Kværner ASA has awarded 1 431 981 shares to employees at a price of NOK 5.82 per share under the variable pay programme 2014. The share price was calculated 30 April 2015 as set out in the Statement of executive remuneration approved by the Annual General Meeting 2015.

After the share allocation, Kværner ASA holds 2 242 080 own shares.
