Kværner ASA: Acquisition of own shares

19 May 2015 - Kværner ASA has yesterday in connection with the company's share programme purchased 109 644 own shares in the open market at an average price of NOK 5.75 per share. Following the transaction, Kværner ASA holds a total of 1 864 644 own shares.
