Kværner ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

21 August 2012 - Kværner ASA has today sold 2 299 own shares in relation with the company's share purchase programmes for employees. The transaction is a correction related to the number of shares sold to the employees on 16 July 2012 at a price per share of NOK 13.05. Following the transaction, Kværner ASA holds a total of 195 722 own shares.
