Kværner ASA: Minutes of Kværner ASA's Annual General Meeting 2015

9 April 2015 - The Ordinary Annual General Meeting of Kværner ASA was held on Thursday, 9 April 2015 at Drammensveien 264, Oslo, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted; cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was published to the Oslo Børs on 18 March 2015.

The Annual General Meeting approved the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a dividend of NOK 0.67 per share. The dividend will be paid on or about 24 April 2015 to shareholders of record as of the date of the Annual General Meeting. The shares will be traded ex-dividend on Oslo Børs from and including 10 April 2015.
