19 March 2014 - Attached is the notice of Annual General Meeting of Kværner ASA including notice of attendance/Proxy and the Annual Report for 2014. The General Meeting will be held Thursday 10 April 2014 at 09:00 CET at the premises of Kværner ASA at Drammensveien 264, Vækerø, 0283 Oslo, Norway. A hard copy version of the notice will be posted to the shareholders today.
The Nomination Committee`s work has not yet been concluded. Their recommendation will be published at the Oslo Stock Exchange and the company`s website www.kvaerner.com as soon as it is available.
