10 April 2013 - The Annual General Meeting of Kværner ASA was held on Wednesday, 10 April 2013 at Drammensveien 260, Oslo, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was published to the Oslo Børs on 19 March 2013.

The Annual General Meeting approved the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a semi-annual dividend of NOK 0.55 per share for 2012. The dividend will be paid on or about 24 April 2013 to shareholders of record as of the date of the Annual General Meeting. The shares will be traded ex-dividend on the Oslo Børs from and including 11 April 2013.
