Kyoto Group AS: Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

Oslo, Norway, 18 January 2023.

An extraordinary general meeting of Kyoto Group AS (the "Company") was held today, 18 January 2023 at 15:00 CET.

The general meeting approved all the proposals on the agenda in line with the notice dated 11 January 2023, including (i) the share capital increase pertaining to the private placement of new shares that was successfully placed on 10 January 2023 and (ii) the board's proposal to authorise the board to increase the share capital in connection with the potential subsequent offering.
