DECISIONS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF KYRO CORPORATION (OLD KYRO) A Shareholders' Meeting of Kyro Corporation (trade register number 24.184) on 12 June 2001 approved the final accounts of the demerger for the period 1 January to 31 March 2001 as well as the financial statements and consolidated financial statements included therein. The Shareholders' Meeting also discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability for the period 1 January to 31 March 2001. The operations of the demerged Kyro Corporation (Old Kyro) ended on 31 March 2001, when the implementation of the demerger was registered.
