KYRO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR 2001 Kyro will issue its financial statement for the financial period 1 January - 31 December 2000 on 15 February 2001. The annual report will be issued during week 11. Kyro's Annual General Meeting will be held on 20 March 2001. Kyro will issue three interim reports in 2001. Interim report 1/2001 (1.1.-31.3.2001) issued 8.5.2001 Interim report 2/2001 (1.1.-30.6.2001) issued 16.8.2001 Interim report 3/2001 (1.1.-30.9.2001) issued 7.11.2001 As agreed in the earlier extraordinary meeting of shareholders on November 22, Kyro Corporation will be demerged into two new companies, Kyro Corporation and Tecnomen Holding Corporation, on 1 April 2001 (date to be confirmed). As part of the division arrangement, Kyro shareholders will receive one Kyro Corporation share and one Tecnomen Holding Corporation share for each Kyro share. The book-entry securities accounts of Kyro shareholders will be updated according to the new companies' ownership. The interim report I/2001 consists of the financial information of present Kyro. The following interim reports will be reporting about new Kyro.
