L.E.K. Consulting Announces Seven Global Partner Promotions
L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm, today announced the promotion of seven new partners across the firm. The new partners have all advanced from within the firm and enable L.E.K. to strengthen its expertise across multiple industry sectors and geographies.

L.E.K.’s new partners are:
Jungmin Cho, based in L.E.K.’s Seoul office, joined the firm in 2013 having amassed 15 years of consulting experience at Accenture, Monitor Group and now L.E.K. Consulting. He advises clients across several industries including electronics, displays, auto parts and MedTech. Cho studied Sociology at Yonsei University in Korea and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Tom Diplock, based in London, joined L.E.K. in 2006 and primarily focuses on the Industrials sector. He advises private and public sector clients on a range of critical issues including strategy development and activation, transactional support and performance improvement. He has advised clients across many sectors and more recently has been leading complex projects in the U.K. Defense sector. Diplock graduated from Cambridge University with a Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences.
Kevin Grabenstatter joined L.E.K. in 2006 as a consultant and is based in San Francisco. He then spent several years at Kaiser Permanente in various strategy roles, rejoining L.E.K. in 2014. He will serve clients in the Healthcare Services sector. Grabenstatter earned his BS in Finance and International Business from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Tobias Koesters is based in Munich and joined L.E.K. in 2007. He focuses on Biopharma & Life Sciences, MedTech and Healthcare Services and advises clients in the areas of corporate growth strategy, business design, and transaction support. Tobias studied business administration and health economics at the University of Bayreuth and earned a graduate degree (Diplom-Kaufmann) in International Management, Finance & Banking.
Gil Moran, based in Los Angeles, joined the firm in 2008. He has worked across a variety of industries and specializes in the Media, Entertainment & Technology sectors, serving clients across a range of critical business issues. Moran holds a BA in Law and Business from the University of Warwick and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
Peter Rosenorn, based in Boston, joined the firm in 2010. Prior to L.E.K., Rosenorn held key global, U.S. and EU marketing and sales operations leadership roles at Biogen Idec and Novo Nordisk. He specializes in the Biopharma & Life Sciences sector focusing on strategy activation and growth strategy. He holds a BS in Business and a MS in International Marketing and Management from the Copenhagen Business School.
Rob Wilson, based in Chicago, came to L.E.K. in 2010 after having spent time at Mars & Co. as a consultant and then Marsh and McLennan Companies as an assistant vice president. Wilson focuses on the Consumer Products and Retail sector advising clients on a range of critical strategic issues. He earned a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
