Bo Selling is proposed as new board member

Shareholders representing more than 90 percent of the votes have informed the company of a change in the proposal to the Annual General Meeting in L E Lundbergföretagen AB, April 1, 2020, as follows.

1. The number of ordinary board members shall be nine without deputies.
    
2. All current Board members are proposed for re-election in accordance with the notice of the Annual General Meeting. In addition, an additional candidate, Bo Selling, is proposed as an ordinary board member.
    
3. It is proposed that fees to the Board of Directors be paid with a total of SEK 2.9 m. with distribution in accordance with the notice.
    

In addition to the above, the proposals stated in the notice of the AGM are unchanged.

Bo Selling is 61 years old and has a master’s degree in engineering. He has a long experience in the financial market with particular responsibility for equities at AMF, Handelsbanken and most recently Alecta.
