Lundbergs postpones the 2020 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of L E Lundbergföretagen AB (publ) has resolved to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The decision was made in light of current situation relating to the rapid spread of the coronavirus causing Covid-19 and the decision by the Swedish Government to ban public gatherings and public events with more than 50 people as of March 29, 2020, which is expected to be guiding also for other types of gatherings.

The AGM was scheduled to be convened on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. Lundbergs will invite to the AGM no later than four weeks prior to the new date. Under existing legislation, the AGM shall be convened no later than June 30.
