Acquisition of net assets of Frontwall

Lagercrantz Group’s subsidiary Svensk Stålinredning AB has today entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Frontwall i Anderstorp AB.

Frontwall is a niched player that designs and delivers store fixtures such as so-called shop-in-shop solutions and product displays. Customers are typically product suppliers, who want to present their products in an easily accessible and selling way with retailers. Frontwall is a long-time customer of Svensk Stålinredning. During 2012 Frontwall had sales of more than MSEK 30.

Michael Johansson, the founder and owner of Frontwall: “Svensk Stålinredning has been a supplier to Frontwall for 20 years. We have enjoyed a fantastic collaboration all these years. This transaction will allow us to offer better products to new and old customers.

Frontwall will be a part of Svensk Stålinredning in Lagercrantz Group’s division Niche Products from June 2013. The acquisition is expected to provide a marginal contribution to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
