Lagercrantz acquires ARAS Security
Lagercrantz Group has today signed an agreement to acquire the Danish company ARAS Security A/S, including the Swedish subsidiary ARAS Security AB.
ARAS is a security company and system developer specializing in combined alarm and access control systems, smart buildings and digitization. The company's solutions are based on the open and modular security system NOX, for which ARAS has exclusivity in the Nordic market.
With main operations in Denmark, ARAS has established a strong position in the country and in southern Sweden. The customers are mainly installers, and the company's security solutions are installed in many different types of organizations in both public and private sectors. ARAS currently has a turnover of about 50 MDKK with good profitability.

ARAS Security will be part of the TecSec division within Lagercrantz Group as of January 2022. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive contribution to Lagercrantz Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
