Lagercrantz acquires He-Man in the UK
Lagercrantz has today acquired 100% of the shares in HM Holding Limited (“He-Man”), a leader in supplemental control systems for vehicles.
He-Man is a leading designer and manufacturer of supplemental and duplicate control systems for vehicles. The product range supports nearly 400 current vehicle models with manual, automatic, hybrid, and electric drivetrains. Each system is designed to fit specific vehicle makes and models.
