Lagercrantz acquires Sajas Group
Lagercrantz Holding Oy today acquired Sajas Group, consisting of Sajakorpi Oy, the operations of Suomen Tekniset Harjat Oy, the Estonian company Sajas Group Estonia OÜ and the German company Saja GmbH.
Sajas Group is a leading supplier of brushes for road sweeping, airfield and railway cleaning, oil recovery and for various industrial applications. The Group has a strong market position in the Nordics, Baltics and Germany but also exports to other parts of the world. Sajas Group generates annual revenue of approximately 10 MEUR. Sajas Group will be part of the Niche Products division as of November 2020. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive addition to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
