Lagercrantz finalizes the acquisition of Vanpee in Norway and Sweden

As announced 5 July 2012, Lagercrantz Group entered into an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Norwegian company Vanpee Norge AS and Swedish company Vanpee AB (the Vanpee companies).

The acquisition of the Vanpee companies has today closed, after obtaining approval from, among others, the Norwegian competition authority. The companies will be part of Lagercrantz Group’s division Electronics as of August 2012.

Lagercrantz Group has during July and August 2012 acquired and entered in to five companies with an annual turnover of approx. MSEK 170 with good profitability:

  • Plåt & Spiralteknik AB
  • Thermod companies, where Thermod AB, and Ampol Serwis Sp.zo.o. with subsidiary Thermod Polska Sp.zo.o. are part
  • Vanpee companies, comprising Vanpee AB and Vanpee Norge AS
