Lagercrantz Group's subsidiary Asept International AB acquires dispensing companies UNRO and SDP
Lagercrantz Group's subsidiary Asept International AB has today acquired all shares in the companies UNRO Dispenser System AB and SDP Scandinavian Dispenser Products AB. The companies together have a turnover of MSEK 10 with good profitability.
UNRO is a manufacturer of liquid food dispensers and hygiene products. SDP sells a trade assortment of disposable pumps and accessories for, for example, antiseptic liquids and other hygiene products. The customers for both companies are found throughout the Nordic countries and Northern Europe.
As a subsidiary of Asept International AB, UNRO and SDP will be part of Lagercrantz Niche Products Division as of March 2020. The acquisition is expected to provide a marginal contribution to the Group's earnings per share on an annual basis.
