New date for Annual General Meeting 2018 Lagercrantz Group AB (publ)

Lagercrantz Group AB (publ) has previously announced that the Annual General Meeeting will take place Wednesday 29 August 2018. Due to technical problems the Notice to attend was not distributed correctly. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to postpone the Meeting and the new date for the Annual General Meeting is Friday 28 September 2018 at 13.00 CET at IVA Conference Center, Grev Turegatan 16, in Stockholm.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. New formal Notice to attend will be distributed within short.
