Repurchase of own shares - 10 % flag Lagercrantz Group has on February 12, 2003 repurchased 1,079,364 of its own class B- shares. Lagercrantz are now in possession of 2,786,423 class B-shares which represent 10 % of all shares and 7,35 % of the votes in Lagercrantz. The total number of shares in Lagercrantz Group amounts to 27,864,232.
