Sassenus Packaging becomes part of Lagercrantz Group

Asept International AB, part of Lagercrantz Niche Products Division, has through its subsidiary Hovicon International B.V. acquired the assets of Sassenus Packaging, a distributor of dispensers, taps and triggers sprayers to the chemical industry in Europe. Sassenus is based outside Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The business generates an annual revenue of around MEUR 1.3 with good profitability. For more information, please visit www.hovicon.com.
