Lagercrantz acquires AC Antennas in Denmark

Lagercrantz Group's subsidiary ISIC A/S has today acquired all shares in the companies AC Antennas A/S and Stramatt ApS (AC Antennas). AC Antennas has a turnover of about MDKK 16 with good profitability.AC Antennas is leading within antennas for use in primarily the maritime market.
