    Lagercrantz subsidiary Direktronik AB acquires its Norwegian distributor Nexlan AS

    Lagercrantz Group’s subsidiary Direktronik AB has today signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in Nexlan AS in Norway. Founded in 2004 and based in Bergen, Nexlan supplies products for communication in networks, primarily to companies and organisations in Vestlandet (Western Norway).     Lagercrantz Group has today acquired the Swedish company Alf Bjurenwall AB. Bjurenwall is a leader within the construction of cisterns, primarily for storage of water connected to fire sprinkler systems.     Lagercrantz Group has today acquired the Swedish company R-Contracting AB. R-Contracting develops and markets pumping systems for sprinkler installations.     Lagercrantz sells software business

    Lagercrantz Group has today sold 100% of the shares in the wholly owned Danish company Betech Data A/S (Betech) to Future Group Oy. Betech is a distributor primarily in Denmark and Norway of software for CAD/CAM applications. Together with Future Group, which conducts similar operations in primarily Sweden and Finland, a strong Nordic player is created. Betech has been part of Lagercrantz Group's division Communications until January 2016.
