Lamb Development Corp., founded in 2001 by Toronto’s Top Condominium broker Brad J. Lamb, has begun development on its first West Coast condominium project, in Calgary, Alberta.
Originally from the West Coast, Brad J. Lamb has always had interest in, one day, contributing to the ever growing West Coast. His current focus and investment lies in the city of Calgary, where Lamb Development Corp (LDC), plans on investing not in just one major development, but three over the course of the next three years.
2012 marks the beginning of Lamb Development Corp’s investment in the city of Calgary with the development of 6thandTenth, a 230-unit, 31-storey point tower, scheduled to break ground as early as the fall of 2012. 6thandTenth features the clean, modern architecture Lamb is renowned for. Once again, Brad J. Lamb has selected two world-class design firms, aA (architectsAlliance) for architecture, and the Design Agency for the interior design.
