Change in the Number of Shares and Votes in Lammhults Design Group AB

As previously announced, the Board of Directors of Lammhults Design Group AB has carried out a new issue of 3,625 Class C shares. As a result, the number of shares and votes in the company has changed.   The share issue was carried out as part of the company’s long-term share-based incentive program, LTI 2024/2027.   As of May 30, 2025, the total number of shares in Lammhults Design Group AB amounts to 8,459,679, of which 1,098,798 are Class A shares carrying ten votes each, 7,349,306 are Class B shares carrying one vote each, and 11,575 are Class C shares carrying one vote each.
