Lantbrukskredit AB (publ) sells the district heating businesses in Söderköping, Trosa, Vallentuna, Vaxholm and Österåker

The process of terminating the subsidiary Lantbrukskredit AB’s credit facilities to the group EnergiSystem i Sverige AB has been concluded by E.ON Sverige AB’s acquisition of the businesses in Söderköping, Trosa, Vallentuna, Vaxholm and Österåker. As previously announced, the business in Vingåker was transferred to Rindi Energi AB on 1 December 2005. Hereby, all of the operating companies within the group EnergiSystem i Sverige AB have been sold. The now transferred businesses will be assigned to the new owner after due competition clearance. The disposals will negatively affect the result for 2005, incurring credit losses of approximately MSEK 190. - It is with great satisfaction that we have now terminated all of the credits, says Kjell Stillman. We can now focus completely on our core business, which is based on the segments production farms, residential farms and forests. This increased focus will benefit our members. - Further, it is satisfying that the new owners are established actors within the energy industry and have an explicit environmental focus.
