Press release June 11 (date corrected), 2003 Landshypotek AB informs that the largest loan with a principal amount of MSEK 663,8 granted by its subsidiary Lantbrukskredit AB is being renegotiated following the failure by the borrower to make a scheduled interest payment. Each and all of Landshypotek, Lantbrukskredit and the group will continue to be able to timely honour all of their obligations. It is too early to predict the outcome of the restructuring negotiations with Lantbrukskredit's largest borrower, says Mr. Kjell Stillman, the president of Landshypotek, but losses incurred, if any, will in any event not affect the ability of each and all of Landshypotek, Lantbrukskredit and the group to timely honour all of their obligations also in the future.
