Ulf Dinkelspiel – new Chairman of Landshypotek AB

At the Annual General Meeting in Landshypotek AB held 1 May 2005, Ulf Dinkelspiel was elected to the post of Chairman after Per-Ola Eriksson. During the years 1991 – 1994 Ulf Dinkelspiel was Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade and has thereafter been President of the Swedish Trade Council. Other current board member assignments include Ångpanneföreningen, E. Öhman J:or AB, Nordnet, the Stockholm School of Economics and the Royal Institute of Technology. The previous Chairman, County Governor Per-Ola Eriksson, has been Chairman since the formation of Landshypotek AB in 1995. Per-Ola Eriksson says that the Company’s development since the mid-1990s has been very exciting and that the Company’s business concept has been beneficial to its customers. Highly skilled personnel and stimulating work with elected representatives have been important incentives. Per-Ola Eriksson resigns since the Government feels that the post is not compatible with his regular assignment as County Governor.
